Terms of Service

• "Service" means the Firahub web application, API, embeddable review widget, and all related features and functionality at firahub.com.
• "Customer" / "you" means the individual or business entity that registers for and uses the Service.
• "End Users" means your customers or users who interact with the Firahub widget embedded in your product.
• "Content" means any data, text, or materials you or your End Users submit to or through the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information;
• Keep your password secure and confidential;
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at michael@firahub.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to collect reviews through deceptive, coercive, or fraudulent means;
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party review platform (G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, etc.) through your use of Firahub;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Service;
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam);
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its related systems;
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service without our prior written consent.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rates displayed at sign-up;
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Firahub does not store full credit card details;
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date;
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or where required by law;
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.

We may offer a free trial of the Service. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trial offerings at any time without notice.

Firahub's IP: The Service, including its design, code, branding, and all content created by Firahub, is and remains the exclusive property of Firahub and its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all Content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Firahub a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Firahub facilitates connections to third-party review platforms (G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, etc.) to help you collect reviews. You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with the terms of service and review guidelines of those platforms;
• Ensuring your use of Firahub does not violate any review solicitation policies;
• The accuracy of any customer information you pass to the widget.

Firahub makes no warranty regarding the policies or performance of third-party review platforms and is not liable for any changes to those platforms' rules or features.

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRAHUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that using Firahub will result in any specific number of reviews or any improvement in your review ratings.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRAHUB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL FIRAHUB'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FIRAHUB IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Firahub and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By Firahub: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-dashboard banner. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Nigeria, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
